Its been awhile since I have done a Last 5 Pins post.  Plus recently I have had no motivation to do anything very fun.  I was sick, then both kids were sick, and now the husband is sick.  I'm pretty sure the littlest is getting it again!  Ugh!  Anyways, here's the pins!  Click picture for my sources!

How adorable are these heels!  I love them!  I need to get them by the time spring is here, because I am going to wear the hell out of them!



We're toying with the idea of getting a kitten for my daughter.  Honestly its hard not to want a cat with all these blogs with pictures of them.  Especially the ones of them dressing up!  But this pod style cat bed is awesome!


Sigh.  This is so pretty!!!  I never thought that shade of orange and blue would go together, but it totally does!


I love really simple dresses that don't have a lot of flare or fabric.  This one is so cute...  and that scooter is really awesome.


And anyone who can appreciate this reference is awesome.  Jarith, I would have let you have power of me.

It has been such a long time since I did a Last 5 Pins post.  And since lately I haven't had much time to think about anything else except my shop and moving, I figured its a great time to do one now!  

This is the most adorable garden I have ever seen!  Its so organized!

My friend did a Roy Lichtenstein costume like this one a couple of years ago.  He's my all time favorite artist, so I definitely need to do this one year!

This was such an adorable picture.  These kids are even cooler than I was in high school.

I'm not going to lie.  When I first saw the previews for this movie I was so disappointed Ryan Gosling decided to do an action movie that I thought was going to be like Fast and the Furious.  Luckily, he hadn't betrayed me like I thought.  Drive was such an a great movie!  Not only did he look amazing and I fell in love with him all over again, the music was awesome!

I really wish I had the money to buy a house now.  I would totally do my kitchen like this.  It has such a vintage feel with the color choices.  I found this picture on Pinterest, but it linked to a now dead LA Craigslist ad.  Sigh.  Someone was selling the house with this kitchen.

I still cannot figure out what is wrong with my layout.  I have tried going into the template and editing the HTML.  Nothing is fixing it!  I add my pictures using the "Edit HTML" tab on the post page.  I tell the picture to be 570 pixels wide and on my actual blog it looks like I added it through the "Compose" tab.  I really hope it gets fixed soon!  C'mon Blogger!!!  

Last 5 Pins Vol. 6

I haven't done one of these in awhile so I thought, "why not?"  Especially with everything going on right now.  I need some easy posts!  I almost have this baby out, and I'm doing all the last minute things I need to get ready!  I also have to prepare for this Hurricane that's coming this weekend.  I live about 2 hours inland from the NC coast, so I'm not looking forward to it.  And with my luck I'll end up going into labor on Saturday night when the storm is at its strongest!  I really don't want to have to rely on my husband to deliver this baby at our house!  Haha, that would be really scary!


Just so you know, I had to add a few more pins than usual, because, well, these were awesome this week!  So instead of Last 5 pins, it will be last 14 pins.  Haha.  I get overwhelmed with awesomeness from Pinterest sometimes and get a little carried away.  I know you know what I'm talking about!

I love this umbrella!!!

This print is adorable and was done SO beautifully!  It was done by an artist named Rik Lee.  You should really go to the link and check out his other work out.  All of his paintings are so clean.  I've never seen line work like it.  Its really impressive!

Sigh.  My favorite Disney movie, Sleeping Beauty.  I still do not have this in my collection!  I definitely need it since I am having my second little girl!

This is THE coolest table I have ever seen in my life.  Its such a simple idea, too!  Taking a stencil, placing it on the table, painting it, and then peeling the stencil off.  I now need to decide what I'm going to do to my book shelves.

I will probably be living in rentals the years that a nursery would be in order for our kids, but this one was adorable and I couldn't resist pinning it.  I could still do the walls for older girls.

I really need the patience and time to do nails like these!

I don't get how people make these lines so perfect!  I always end up peeling the polish off with the tape!  These are amazing!

I've seen this book on Modcloth.com so many times and I never buy it.  I've always been into the 60s soul music, which in turn has gotten me into the fashion of mods...  and their scooters.  I thought I wanted a bike or motorcycle, but I think I need a scooter instead.

I discovered this book through the Modcloth Blog.  Its looks really interesting.  How could it not with that man on the front!  Its about this group of men in the Republic of Congo that are really fashion forward.

These look so comfortable and there's a pattern for them!

By the way, has anyone else had problems with their Google Friend Connect?  My followers widget keeps disappearing and I don't know how to fix it!  I have removed it and saved it back again and again and it never stays.  Sigh.

I am trying to get back into the swing of blogging with everything that has happened with my house.  I miss it!  Luckily they have fixed the plumbing enough so all the "stuff" will not come in my house.  It will just drain in my yard!  Yay!  But, I'm tired of worrying about it, and we will finally get away from this place on Friday!

This is so adorable.  I love photobooth pictures, but even more when you add dogs!

This made me laugh so hard.  I can totally relate to the person that attempted these Cookie Monster cupcakes.  There has definitely been a couple of times when I have attempted to bake something and it has turned out awful!  

I would love to own my own chicken coop again.  When I was a little girl in Connecticut, my family had one.  We moved and gave them away before they were big enough to lay eggs.  I really want to try it again, and this one is so much prettier that the boring 2x4 and chicken wire one we had.  

My husband and I have talked about getting a cabin on a lake in Minnesota one day.  I want to decorate it really rustic-like.  This would be perfect!!!  The first thing I thought about when I saw this picture is the 7 dwarfs house in the woods.  I think I have read that book too much to my daughter.

I'm not a seamstress (yet), but I thought this bracelet was incredibly cute!  I love jewelry that expresses your interests and hobbies, but doesn't look tacky.

Well, my break is over and its time for me to take the next step in cleaning out bathrooms and sanitize EVERYTHING!  Wish me luck!

Last 5 Pins Vol. 4

I love Pinterest.  There are so many picture on there that are so inspirational.  There is something for absolutely everyone.  And its one of my favorite time wasters.  I will probably never go back into my boards again and look at all the stuff I have found, but it is so much fun finding everything!!!

This lamp reminded me so much of the movie Beetlejuice.  It looks like it would go perfectly with all the furniture that came to life!  And this jellyfish tattoo is so pretty.  Looks like watercolor!

So in love with this room.  The furniture is so vintage it hurts.  I love dark hardwood floors and the huge windows.  There is also a really tall ceiling.  This would be a perfect reading room.

ModCloth is awesome.  2 out of my 5 pins are from it today.  If I did "Last 10 Pins" would be see even more from Modcloth.  This grey dress is adorable.  I really want to start wearing more dresses.  I have a lot during pregnancy and they are so comfortable.  Can't wait till I can wear them and feel sexy!  My friend has this book, "How to Sew a Button," and its amazing!  Its a bunch of tips and tricks your grandma would have taught you.  I need to buy it!

Where is all of your inspiration coming from lately?  Do you have any books that have inspired you?  If so let me know!  We are keeping all of our books packed until we make our big move to Minnesota so I have a small amount to read.  I need more!

Pinterest was messed up today, so these really aren't my last 5 pins, bit I guess it really doesn't matter.  They are still a new website and seem like they are always working to make it better!

This is a 1,000 year old yew tree in England.  That is amazing!  I really want to go see it.  I wonder how they determined how old it was.  I know they could do the ring thing, but wouldn't they have to cut it open?

These washing machines are not real, but I wish they were.  I would love to have my washer and dryer to look like this.  Maybe I wouldn't mind doing laundry too much then...  No, I still would hate it.



I'm not really into peacocks too much, but this tattoo was insane!  I really like how they placed it on her body.  It flows really well.

 

I've always wanted some kind of canopy over my bed.  I don't know why.  It just seems like it would add alot of character to the room.  This is an easy DIY!

 

Do I even need to write anything about these???  Don't they look absolutely delicious?!  They're apple cider glazed donuts.  I want to eat ALL of them.
